1-2-1 Yoga sessions are held in your own home at a time that suits you. The classes are suitable for complete beginners of any age and ability, and perfect for those who want to develop a greater sense of awareness within their body.
I am trained in Hatha, Restorative yoga and Chair yoga, as well as a mindfulness and meditation teacher. Your sessions are completely tailored to you, with optional weekly homework on request.
My style of yoga is slow and gentle, helping you explore the limits of your body and how to make it feel at its best. Relaxation and stretching is a key part of these sessions, making them perfect for people with busy lives.
You can bring a friend for free, and I do have some evening slots available on a first come first serve basis. Sessions are £40 for one hour.
Please note I also offer 1-2-1s for chair yoga, mindfulness and meditation and wellness coaching.
