My beginners yoga classes focus on emotional and physical restoration. Allowing us to truly connect with our body and release any tension we may be holding.
I have a gentle style of teaching, emphasising the importance of listening to what our body is saying is available to us in that moment.
After a quiet catch up, the class is opened with some breathing exercises to help us connect back in with our body. This is followed by gentle yoga poses, modified with foam blocks, blankets and straps where necessary.
We close the hour with 5-10 minutes of mindfulness and relaxation. I advise bringing a blanket or pillow to keep yourself comfy here!
Sessions last one hour and cost £10.
