You must be over the age of 18, not pregnant or less than 12 weeks postpartum to attend any yoga classes. Payments are non refundable or transferable, unless I cancel a class in which case I will refund or transfer at your discretion. Wear whatever is comfy for yoga. Any nerves at all just drop me an email and I am happy to meet you earlier to chat!
